Ebix is a software system based on the Debian GNU/Linux platform extended with products supporting e-commerce. The system provides basic tools for electronic business realization, administration and maintenance. These tools contain a demonstration database which is prepared for immediate testing of the whole system.
The system is available as an ISO image (live OS). It requires PC x86 compatible, CD or DVD device, min. 512 MiB of RAM and processor frequency min. 1 GHz.
The system is licenced under GNU GPL v3 and OSI OSL 3.0.
